About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Nothing Bundt Cakes - Liberty Township as a Float/Lead! This exciting role offers the opportunity to support daily operations while leading a passionate team dedicated to creating the finest cakes in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily bakery operations, ensuring high-quality product standards.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Train new employees on cake preparation and customer service practices.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations.
Support the management team in achieving sales goals and operational efficiency.
Participate in special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for baking and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
